If your website is behind basic authentication, hosted on a local server, or otherwise inaccessible through our automated AI connection process, you can still connect manually by following these steps:
Step 1: Initiate the Manual Connection Process
During the onboarding process, select the Manual Connection option. This will trigger an input field in the plugin where you will need to paste an API key.
Step 2: Generate Your API Key
To generate your API key:
Click the “API Key” link provided in the onboarding process.
A new page will open, which will automatically generate an API key based on the domain where the plugin is installed.
Once the key is generated, copy the API key.
Step 3: Connect Your Site
Go back to the plugin’s input field, paste the copied API key, and click the Connect button.
